Update: Why I Don't Take My Foot Off The Gas

Today, I’m going to provide an update on everything that’s been going on over the past few weeks. It culminated with my birthday party here in Panama, which saw over 200 like-minded people come together for an incredible celebration. Prior to that, we had a week-long investors tour in Panama, which began just as I was coming back from a trip to Turkey.

As you can tell, it’s been a busy few weeks, but they’ve also been incredibly important. With how fast things are changing in today’s world, this is no time to take the foot off the gas—it’s time to accelerate, and that’s exactly what you’ll be seeing my team and I do this year.

Today, I’ll share all the details and preview a bit of what the Expat Money team and I have planned for the year ahead.

TODAY’S UPDATE EPISODE:

  • Listen in to hear about my trip to Turkey to finalize renovations on the home that we recently purchased in Istanbul.
  • Learn about the recent investors tour we held in Panama prior to the party, where clients of mine came down to view some of the absolute gems of real estate deals that are brewing down here.
  • Find out why this will probably be the last of these investors’ tours in Panama for a while and what we plan to do next year in its place. It’s going to be even more exciting!
  • Hear the details of the upcoming Luxury Expat Exploration and Investment Tour in Paraguay. Many of my clients have become interested in this country lately, and we’re going to spend nine days exploring in style.
  • Listen to the breakdown of my 41st birthday party – from the food, fireworks, and festivities to the amazing conversations with friends and clients.
  • Find out why it’s absolutely critical that you act RIGHT NOW to get Panama residency by investment before the minimum investment nearly doubles this year. Don’t hesitate & reach out to my team today to get started.
  • Learn about the easiest way to make your real estate investment in Panama – our Panam Fly ‘N Buy Tours, where you’ll have all your expenses paid when you come down and purchase your property here in Panama.

SAVE THE DATE

The team and I have already decided that instead of an investors tour next year, we’ll be hosting a conference on Friday followed by a Birthday party on Saturday. So SAVE THE DATE for March 14-16, 2025, and I hope to see you there!

CONCLUSION

It has certainly been an extremely busy few weeks here, but honestly, these last few weeks have energized me more than ever. Meeting with so many like-minded people and seeing faces, both familiar and new, is a great reminder of what this is all really about—building a community of like-minded people with a shared philosophy and commitment to taking action.

The Expat Money community, from my team members to my clients and partners all the way down to the casual listener of this podcast, represents people around the world who aren’t just complaining about all the world’s problems but are taking action to find higher ground for themselves and their families.

I hope you enjoyed this little recap of the last few weeks, and I’ll see you here next Wednesday!
