Um, Gab (Gab.com) and Mastadon (joinmastodon.org/) are open-source, censorship-free, and do not require a phone number to register! They are better than Parler thus.
I decided to go check it out, made an account… and instantly it’s only promoting right-wing news and accounts to me. I read an article just now saying that a lot of white supremacists are flocking there and sharing their views… this is concerning. I’d love a new social media platform for many reasons but… not this.
