Nothing is more infuriating than reaching out to “customer service” with a problem and expecting a solution only to be met by some random untrained person in some other country who can’t speak English to save their life other than reading a script. The companies that do this clearly have no regard or respect for their customers. It needs to be outlawed with stiff penalties. That is the only way it will stop.
