Today on the Expat Money Show I am going to replay an interview I did with my friend Tom Bodrovics from Palisades Gold Radio that went live a couple of weeks ago.

My last piece of advice is, if you want to do a CBI or a residency program, DO IT NOW. DON’T WAIT. Look how fast things change, on a weekly and monthly basis. Moldova, Cyprus, MM2H, Portugal, Montenegro, Vanuatu, Panama, all of these things have changed, and just in the past year. They usually get worse, or more expensive, and rarely do we see changes that are for the better.

This is an insurance program that you buy once. There are no more dues or fees. You pay for it once and never have to pay for it again. The kicker is, you can’t buy fire insurance AFTER your house burns down; you have to do it in advance.
